Jenn Hayman is the Director of Marketing at Human Element.

Jenn holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Napier Edinburgh University. With a diverse background in publishing, IT, and F&B, she has established marketing and communications departments at multiple organizations, including Zingerman's and Merit Network, creating systems, establishing best practices, and developing high-performance teams. From launching new products to opening new businesses, to building media relationships and increasing visibility of brands on the international stage, Jenn partners with businesses to strategically drive innovation and sales.

Vices include being among the oldest in the crowd at concerts, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, traveling, and a minor obsession with mythical creatures (because, let’s be honest, no one has proven that the Loch Ness monster isn’t real).
