Jim Fausone is the founding partner of Fausone Bohn, LLP and its wholly owned Legal Help For Veterans, PLLC. Jim concentrates his practice in business matters, municipal representation, veterans disability law and environmental regulation.

Jim was an early adopter of digital marketing seeing the value it could bring to the niche service of providing legal assistance to veterans seeking disability benefits from the federal government but overwhelmed by the VA bureaucracy. For over two decades, his national veterans practice has expanded its use of multiple channels and platforms to reach veterans where they live and consume content from podcasts, videos, blogs, websites, email blasts, paid search, and social media.

Jim supports University of Michigan with scholarships at the College of Engineering and the School of Nursing and has received its prestigious Hermelin Award Fundraising Volunteer Leadership in 2019. At Schoolcraft College, where he sits on the Foundation board, he received an Honorary Associates Degree in Humanities for his support and work for the College. Guilty pleasures include kayaking on Huron River or in Estero Bay, Florida
